Before booking, please visit the KEYNOTES and BREAKOUT tabs (above) to make your workshop and mini-keynote selections as these will be required in the registration process.
Registration is open from 7/2/25 until 12/9/25.
Earlybird discount is available until 30/4/25.
The conference is using the TryBooking online registration system. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. In addition to the registration fee, there is a TryBooking fee of 50 cents per ticket. Ticket options are listed below. There is an option for offline processing of registration. Please telephone Paul during business hours (0414 436 017). Details about the registration process are explained at the bottom of this page. For offline registration, please have all information ready prior to phoning Paul.

The table below shows the ticket options available for purchase from now until the end of the EARLY BIRD period (30 April), as well as the full price of tickets.

Booking Process
The booking system has been set up to capture details of both the person making the booking and the conference attendees. Multiple attendees may be booked on the one booking.
For each individual attendee, you will need to provide the attendee's name, address, email, dietary and other special requirements, and parish or school (if applicable).
For each individual attendee, select the registration ticket type from the above list. As each ticket incurs a 50 cent processing fee, we have set up ticket types that include multiple options, e.g. Conf & Dinner (concession discount). This reduces the number of tickets per individual and the processing fees.
For each individual attendee, select the Breakout workshops the attendee wishes to attend from the drop-down lists for each Breakout Block (A-F).
For each individual attendee, select from the two Mini-Keynote options on Wednesday afternoon and Friday after morning tea.
Student Tickets: The student must be aged 16 - 26 years and must provide during registration process their student ID card or similar as evidence of eligibility for student ticket pricing.
When you are ready to proceed, click on the "Book Now" button to go to the TryBooking Registration website.

Gift Certificates are available for purchase to help organisations pay for members.
